Ben's grade went on a field trip to the pumpkin patch and they each got to pick out a pumpkin. Then they had to bring it back a few days later decorated. They couldn't carve it so we decided to spray paint it. Both boys were super excited to be able to spray paint anything and not have mom freak out! We bought the colors that he wanted and went at it!
Sam sprayed his so much it was a big running mess, but he loved it!
Ben's started out blue and then he added more and more colors. We even used leaves to try and do camouflage. It was really fun!
The finished project. It was blue, gold, silver and a little black. He took it to school and was really happy when he won 'shiniest pumpkin'. Just on a side note, I do not make my kids wear helmets in pictures. He was trying to wear his heely's and me being the mean mom that I am made him wear his helmet until he got the hang of it. :)

Great pumpkins! You are such a great mom, my kids have always wanted heely's and I won't let them have them. They are banned in schools here.
