We had such a great time this year! The boys are at such fun ages for Christmas! I tried extra hard this year to teach the boys about the true meaning of Christmas. They wrote on a paper what they would like to give Jesus for Christmas then put it in a box under the tree. We opened them Christmas morning and Sam wrote "more love in my prayers" and Ben wrote "pillows"...so at least one of them got it! :)
Each year "Santa" puts wrapping paper across the family room so they can't get into the presents without us! It's so funny when they bust through it!
We had a wonderful Christmas and the boys got the presents that they wanted!
Sam got his dino named Phillip...only because we had to use a Phillips-head screwdriver to open it!
He also got his Batman castle that he has been asking for for MONTHS!!!
Anyone who has been around Ben these past few days knows that he got his DS! That is all the kid talks about!

On Christmas eve, we took the kids sledding with their cousins at Mat's dad house. Everyone had such a great time! It is so much fun and we are lucky to be able to get to go there! My brother's kids came and they live out in the middle of the desert in Death Valley so they REALLY enjoyed it!

Sam LOVES this toboggan! It is one of the best sleds around!

Uncle John bringing all the kids up from the bottom! They have it so easy compared to me when I was a kid...I actually had to hike back up the hill instead of getting a ride! We made them walk up once and you would have thought that we had killed them!
Mat's mom's party. She likes to do the nativity story with the grandkids!
This was the best picture of the night! "baby Jesus" didn't want to be in the play anymore! Ha! This is our niece Sayla and she was done!
